The crew did a wonderful job, very professional. Covered all access areas and cleaned up fine to the last drop. I highly recommend them. They are coming back to install the attic tent over pull down steps. It was but the standard size. They promised to order it and come back to install. I highly recommend Kevin crew to anyone. Price was 50% less than the other estimates I got.

Our Story 14 years of insulation,
14 years of insulation,
done right
Kelvin started in the insulation trade the way most good tradespeople do: working in the field, learning the craft from the ground up. He spent years working for a large insulation company, picking up real-world skills on job sites across Northern Virginia and the DC area. That hands-on experience, now 14 years deep, is the foundation everything at Kelvin's Insulation is built on.
After nearly a decade working for someone else, Kelvin made the decision to go out on his own. Eight years ago, he launched Kelvin's Insulation with a straightforward goal: deliver honest work at a fair price. No inflated quotes. No shortcuts. Just solid insulation done right the first time.
We work with homeowners and property managers across Vienna, Herndon, Reston, McLean, Great Falls, Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, Warrenton, Potomac MD, and Washington DC. Whether your home is older and losing heat through the attic or you have a crawl space that needs attention, we know these local homes and what they need.
Our services cover the full range of what most homes in this region require. We install blown-in insulation and foam insulation, handle full insulation removal when old material needs to go, and offer crawl space encapsulation to protect against moisture. We also install pest control insulation, which adds a layer of protection against insects while improving your home's thermal performance.
What keeps customers coming back is simple: we do excellent work and charge a fair price. Kelvin is hands-on on every job. You're not getting a crew sent out by a call center. You're getting someone who has spent 14 years doing this work and takes pride in every project.
We're available Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you have questions about your insulation or want to know what your home actually needs, give us a call or send us an email. We're happy to talk it through before you commit to anything.
Call us today at (703) 675-5499 or email Arguetakelvin@gmail.com to request your free estimate. We serve homeowners across Northern Virginia and the greater DC area and are ready to help you get your home insulated properly.
How We Work
What you can count on
14 Years of Experience
Kelvin started in the insulation trade working for a large regional contractor before going independent. That hands-on background means fewer surprises and cleaner installs on every job.
Honest, Fair Pricing
You get a straight quote before any work begins. No hidden charges, no upsells you did not ask for.
Full-Service Insulation
From blown-in attic insulation to crawl space encapsulation and insulation removal, every scope is handled in-house. You will not need to coordinate multiple contractors.
Pest-Barrier Protection
Pest control insulation adds a treated layer that discourages rodents and insects from nesting in your walls or crawl space. It is a practical upgrade many Northern Virginia homeowners overlook.
Clean, Respectful Jobsites
Work areas are left tidy when the crew wraps up each day. Your home is treated the same way Kelvin would want his own treated.
Direct Owner Communication
When you call or email, you reach Kelvin directly. Questions get real answers from the person doing the work, not a call center.
